Sam is the best person I have ever came across. He helped me to get my license conversion and licesence plate as well. He explained the whole process thoroughly. Best place recommended.

I was there on Feb 18th and was called to sit at #3. I don't have the guys name unfortunately, however, this guy was the rudest man I ever spoke with. He could not help me because I did not have proper proof documents. But he literally flung with his finger the documents I tried to provide then told me where the door was. He was an ass to say the least.

It's small, cramped and people don't want to do their jobs. I was almost pushed away from the get-go despite having all the required paperwork they needed. Then, when I waited over an hour to be seen, I was told I need to go and call a number to get approved. Funny enough, I call them, and they tell me to just e-mail them with what info I've provided and they'll reply back to let me know if they'll make an exception. Something that they could have scanned and sent off to them, since they already just finished scanning my documents. I ended up waiting in the lobby with the same employee that served me, after his shift. I guess he just felt it would take too long and didn't want to be stuck at work an extra two minutes. It really isn't hard to tell when someone is lying through their smile.nnAfter doing all the work myself, and being approved, my cab drove me to the one in Moncton by mistake--but they served me instantly without question and got the approval within a few minutes. It's much larger than the SNB in Dieppe, and the people there seem to know what they're doing. Reception was baffled to hear the other location tried to turn my away.

This place was a breeze to deal with in comparison to the office in Miramichi NB.nnI think her name was Alyssa who was the receptionist and she was super easy to deal with. I was in and out in 5 mins for my sticker and have an online resource to do the address change so I didn’t have to wait an hour.nnThis is now my go to SNB and your receptionist deserves an increase in salary if you ask me!nnMiramichi was a painful process whenever I was at their office so I appreciate how quick and easy this was.

I called in to get on the list for the road test and this woman on the phone already sounded like she was fed up and was being rude and pretty much yelling at me, she was also asking me for information that she said “was supposed to be on my beginners” and because I couldn’t give it to her started getting even more upset with me for some reason and told me if I couldn’t give it to her that I would have to redo my beginners which didn’t make any sense at all because what she was asking Wasn’t on my beginners at all, so I just called the other SNB and within 2 minutes of talking to them was already put on the list for my beginners.nnIn short these smooth brains are part of the snb/government suck at their jobs.
