Made my way to Serv NB today. Expected a long wait to get my multiple commercial needs completed. I had a catalogue of items That Hugo completed in record time. He knew his stuff and helped me with a pile of items. We were less than 10 minutes! Very thankful for his knowledge.

I had my driving test today at 428 Collishaw Street and I reached the location with my brother about 15 minutes early. The lady at the front desk told us to wait inside because the instructor would be coming soon. After about 5–7 minutes, the instructors arrived. I opened the door for them and greeted them with “Good morning.”nnHowever, they suddenly started shouting at both of us, saying we were not allowed inside before the test time and told us to go outside. We were quite surprised because we only came in after being told to wait inside.nnIt was really disappointing and embarrassing, as we had no intention of breaking any rules — we simply followed the staff’s instructions. I hope the team can be a bit more understanding and polite in the future, as such experiences can make students feel very uncomfortable before their test.

I waited about 20 minutes for my turn, but overall, it was a positive experience.nI went in to renew my driver's license, and the staff even reminded me about my vehicle registration renewal, which is coming up soon great service!nEverything was handled efficiently.nTaylor was fantastic, he was very friendly and accommodating.

Service New Brunswick in Dieppe provides essential services, but the processing can feel a bit rushed and slow at times. The staff are generally helpful, but the wait times could be improved for a smoother experience. Overall, decent service but with room for better efficiency.
