Service Master

This is a great place to work with a great team who may work for the insurance company but I would like to say we put our home owners first in every way. We know the trauma of what is happening for them is very much real and at the focus point of why we need to be there . So being there for them in a above and beyond way makes this company stand out from the rest. We may see their situations everyday in what we do but their situation is their own and in no way do I think it compares to others even if they experience similar situations. So to treat them as kind and courteous as if they were the only ones dealing with such losses and have understanding how devastating it may be for them /act according to help them anyway we can to make this as easy as we possibly can for them.

We have owned our house for over 25 years and never had an issue with flooding, until the atmospheric rivers of Nov 2021. We called a number of restoration companies and Service Master was the first to respond in what I’m sure was a very busy period of time. Later the same day, Pete from SM made it out to our house from Abbotsford just as they were closing the highways due to flooding and was able to set up drying equipment right away. Derek Usher from SM helped us through the entire restoration process. Kudos to Derek for his responsiveness. He almost always answered the phone when I called and quickly addressed any concerns I had. All of the staff from Service Master were great to work with right from the first contact through to the final cleaning when the repairs were completed.
