WATCH OUT!! THEY STEAL!!!!! THEY WOULD STEAL ACCESSORIES(SCARVES) from their clients, especially if you trust them and don't check if they had return all the items you gave them. I turned in a big batch of clothes in the last spring, and one of my cashmere scarves was missing. However, I didn't realize at the time I was in the store, so when I drove back and ask the whereabouts of my scarf, they stop me abruptly and yelling at me they didn't know, while telling me I should've let them know when I was in store, now that I left they wouldn't compensate any missing nor damage. On top of that, THEY STAPLE TAGS ON THE LINING, AND THROUGH THE JACKET(basically POKE HOLES ON YOUR JACKET) if you happen to have an unstructured blazer. Plus! THEY BLEACH SUITS AND DESTROY THEM. DON"T GO! GUYS TRUST ME! DON"T GO!

They bleached my client's fur coat, at first she thought it was a quality issue. But then she came back, the lady told her it was necessary to bleach in order to clean, and they refuse to give her a refund because they claimed my client has full responsibility to aware before she ordered. Now my client is asking for a refund, to me!

I overheard the lady said she wouldn't take black customer cuz they're "poor and dirty and never pay the full price", I leave that place at once. Those sickening racists.

By far the best dry cleaners. The husband and wife team are awesome.
