Service Canada

Terrible. Employee named Ian was very rude to my mother and I over something that wasn't that big of a deal. We were not rude or snotty to him. He just obviously hates his job. He be sarcastic to everything I say. It's guys like Ian that what give service canada a bad name.

The worst custumer service a lady at the front desk by the entrance is really rude has no manners at all giving dirty looks and talking about custumers sitting in there, she has blonde almost white hair,wears extremely black eye liner she looks like she wants to hit people!! if she dosent like her job she should quit and let someone else with good maners have it, disapointed about the goverment hiring low class rude people to work, and wait she not even wearing a name tag, why because she knows she is mean and dosent want people to report her name how disgustin way to treat people lady!!!!

I waited in line for 20 minutes at this Service Canada. A man skips the line completely, walks to the front desk and the service representative provides him with full service. I walk up to address this with the service representative and am told to step back (in a rude fashion) until she finishes with the customer who has completely by-passed the line. Terrible experience at this location with unfriendly staff.

Awesome service, in and out in 1/2 hour; don’t plan on renewal if your travelling within about a month, must go down town then.

Great service here. Was in and out within 45 mins when applying for a passport renewal. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
