Sit on hold for an hour just to talk to someone. They screwed up the cab for my sons dental surgery and then when it hot rebooked they still hadn't even looked at the paperwork for him needed a ride there. Anywhere I go even for the medical insurance or the 24 hour line they say I have to talk to my worker and wont listen when I say I have no worker and then say will i have to have a worker so i must be lying and then hang up on me. Every other office has workers for their clients yet this office has nothing for anyone and just pushed everything to the back

I called in to simply ask what form i need to bring the doctor, so he can put me on 3 month medical leave. This worker was short with me, had no clue what form i was talking about, was rude and when asked for her manager and name she hung up on me. I strongly dont recommend this place.

Useless! That is all I've noticed over the last couple months they have improved a lot! Rarely am I on hold for over an hour to get a hold of a coordinator. They answer the phone politely and not like you're an interruption to their day. They aren't hurrying you off the phone and are actually listening and trying to be helpful. 3 stars

Westcor Alberta works on 104 avenue and 123 Street is my place to get a appointment or see where I only now know where, Barriers to Employment clients go. They served me with dignity and where very careful on where I was and met me with kindness.

There's different agencies in this building such as Barriers to Full Employment and AISH on different floors but I haven't seen any thing for just Alberta Works

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and well maintained. There is a bus stop right out the door and parking around the back.

They are rude dont care about people have no hearts I dont like anyone in that office.None of the managers know how to do there jobs

Can they help me with my green card to live in Edmonton?

Best one in the city as far as help goes
