FYI on the third floor!nLovely people. Asian man at the help desk did not get his name was welcoming and kind. The service lady, named Ayo, who took my passport application was fast and efficient.nnI arrived on Wednesday at around 1:30pm and got out at 1:50pm. They do not currently offer passport pickup at this location must be a recent change, hence why I gave 4 stars out of 5. Overall lovely process.

Went on a Monday at 0840 to submit my infants passport application. Stood in line until 0940, then got moved to the seated waiting area until my name was called at 1010, and left at 1020. By the time I left, the lineup was only in the office and no longer in the hallway.nnUpdate: it only took 3 weeks to receive my infant's passport. Super impressed with the processing time!

It is 3rd floor so be aware, it was pretty straight forward and not busy when I get there and I was able to done with my passport renewal less than an hour. There is a Help Desk that you need to line up and register and then you will be waiting for your name to be called. But what they are saying the passport system is done and they have no idea when you will get it. I think we need to thank Justin again!

Workers/management go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Had a great experience with everyone that I talked to, from the help desk lady, to the manager to the clerk at the desk.nnThank you Royal Vista Service Canada!

Was here in Jan 2024. Came over at 8:20 AM, waited in line in a tiny hallway for over an hour just to get through the doors. When we finally got in, we, along with many others, were gathered together like ships to hear an employee yelling that they were short on staff and that they were super busy and very few people will be seen and that everyone should expect very long wait time. Unbelievable.
