Service Canada Centre

It has been one of the worst experiences ever! The wait time is 2+ hours, one person working, and then they close at 4p.m and cannot serve people who have been waiting for so long. There were at least 4 people leaving before me, because they have been waiting for hours, and hours, and could not wait any longer.Such a lack of communication too. They should let people know that there is no point in waiting if they arrive in the afternoon, and there is a line of 2-3 people. Also closed Fridays!!! I am quite patient person, but this experience made me really frustrated The person working is doing her best, and she is excellent. But more people need to be hired to work in the office! P.S. I eventually got my turn just before they closed

We had an appointment for 10:30, we arrived at 10:18am. We had a friendly greeting from the officer and the agent was able to start our appointment early. The agent was very friendly and very thorough. It was a pleasant experience.

The security guy would let me leave because they won’t take any person after 4 pm, even you have been waiting for half hour. No service ! Not worth for the tax I paid .

My first time in Canada Today Visit to Service Canada for sin number 10-30-11-30 am she the one of staff working in the office to helpful appreciate to her .

Walked in to be greeted by a security guard. Nobody inside, all empty chairs... but I was told I had to wait outside in the midday heat no chairs while he checked to see if someone would help me.... or if I would need to wait for them to have their lunch break and return after!!!! This is what our taxes pay for...wow. Shameful... but so is our current Government... so, I guess that's too be expected. Disgusting..... should be called Anti-Service Canada.

Don't bother going. They have rediculous federal "health" measures in place. You'll just end up waiting all day and won't get too see anyone.

This place has been closed for 6 months, would be nice to have it open as driving to Calgary is not convenient.

Very very helpful... heads up there not open on Fridays
