Service Canada Centre

The wait line seemed never ending, but from my experience from europe from similar institutions it just never gets better anywhere. Employees were very nice and welcoming, helped me sort out all my agenda. I used the 2 hrs waiting time to go to the bank and grab a coffee and came back just in time when they were calling out my name.

Multiple visits for a health card produced a different demands each time. Its like nobody has the same play book. I expect to hear the correct info every time. I don't like having personal opinions involved. Stick to the business and check your frail egos.

Service Canada should keep one more office in Windsor East besides city hall to help senior citizens and offer a better service. They had one earlier but closed. I am not aware whether Service Canada is customer convenience focused or operating on mere cost. Please note many people from other provinces are interested to move to Windsor but because of poor support they are not moving. I have not seen Service Canada feed back to many customer reviews reflected here

Web site says open. Voice recording says closed. No reason. Then says open mon. To fri. 8 till 5 web site says 8:30 till 4:30. How frustating. If I ran my department like that I would be fired.

Extremely courteous and professional staff, but the wait time is frustrating. Only 3 or 4 out of the available 8 counters/windows are open, hence the long wait time.
