Service Canada Centre

The workers are great there. But they need more workers. I was there for almost 3 hours. But there is wifi in the building to use thankfully.nYou must go to KIOSK then see a lady at the counter then wait an ETERNITY to get stuff done.nVery small waiting area. There are washrooms nearby in the hallway.nThe office is NOT on the main floor.

I have to say that passport canada is poor. And I'm glad to hear that now they're required to provide a passport within thirty days or it's free. The last time I had to get a passport I waited months, and I had a service Canada person call me and give me crap because I lost my passport and had to replace it.

The staff members and the security personnel were amazing! Best of all, Lauren helped process our passports were awesome! Efficient and professional! We left with a great feeling that our needs were met! Thank you for your great service @passport office Windsor

My wife and I had very good experience at Service Canada Center in Windsor. My wife applied for CPP. Very nice French lady was very professional and helpful. Everything went fine. Thank you.

I'm dealing with my friends estate in regards to government departments.nAt the reception desk, the lady listened to my requests and quickly ascertained the direction needed. I was asked to sit until another agent was available. Again, this lady listened intently as I explained my situation at hand. Everything was taken care of in a short time. Both Ladies were very professional and courteous, and I wish I remembered their names. They were both excellent employees , their service was second to none, and a credit to Service Canada.nnRespectfullynnPeter Amo
