Every Canadian Government agency should go here to see what customer service should actually be like. It was an extremely pleasant experience. The staff I dealt with were not just helpful but simply exquisite to deal with. Went first thing in the morning to have 3 passports done and they had me in and out in 20 mins. The gentleman I dealt with was very knowledgeable, unbelievably professional and friendly. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review on a Government agency experience, felt compelled because of the high level of service. Kudos - keep up the outstanding work!
