Out of convenience I have went there probably 5 times in the last 5-10 years and they are always extremely RUDE and literally not once have been able to help me. Everything is a huge pain for them it seems like...even saying hi or can I help you..they just look at you like your bothering them. The one lady takes like 50 smoke breaks a day.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went and applied for my children's passports and the women cut off the copies of their birth certificates. Obviously incapable of doing their job properly and it's not even a busy office. Just sad. She delayed my children's passports and out vacation plans. Might as well go to Brampton where they know what their doing!!!!

Office is empty, 3 customer service reps sitting there, felt like we were disturbing them with our presence. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Will go elsewhere next time. Nature of our business -- passport renewal.

It was fairly empty..unlike the Brampton location on Gillingham. The service was quick, friendly and informative. It was such a small quiet location! I'm coming here for any Canadian government issues that I have!
