I went on a Friday noon to apply for Social Insurance Number. There was 10 minutes wait for the walk in line and about 45 minutes wait after check in. They have a waiting area with plenty of seating. Overall my experience was very good. The lady in the front who checks you in was kind and helpful. The person who helped me get my social insurance number was also very polite. Overall the process was smooth.

I went in a 8:50AM to hand in a passport renewal. Was received so pleasantly at check-in/reception, shown where to sit until I was called to an agent about 15 minutes later. The agent was courteous, kind and efficient. Very nice experience, great staff!

Monday morning, I arrived at 8:20 and there were 4 people lined up before me.nAt 8:30 sharp the gate opened and i got to the reception.nAt 8:42, my name was called. My visit concerned SIN update. With all the documentations prepared, I walked out of the building at 8:47.nThe process was super efficient. Highly recommend.

Walked in on a Friday morning before the Canada Day long weekend to apply my first Canadian passport. Arrived at 10:30 am, there were two people in each of the lines: one for appointment, another one for walk-in. They would help people with appointments first, but it only took ten minutes for my turn. The lady who helped me was very friendly and even congratulated me. Then she asked me to wait to be called. Another ten minutes or so, another lady called my name and helped me with the application. It took her about 15 minutes or so. I asked her if she would recommend mailing in or coming in person. She said she would not know as it would really depend, but she guessed there would be more work for mailing in. Also, she shared that normally Friday was very busy, today was an exception because of the long weekend. Apparently, Wednesdays and Thursday are the quieter days, I hope this information will help others who want to walk in.

Ive been here 5 times. This bank does not open in time so if you are in hurry to do anything find a different bank. Says 930am, usually 9:35 at the earliest and they will let you in to watch them set up for 15 to 20 min.
