I went there to get a new SIN number after receiving eCoPR. I arrived around 9 am on a Thursday and there were just 3 people on line. They called me after 10 min, the service was great and super fast, the staff was polite and helpful. They gave me my new SIN number right away. I'd recommend going there for any service. Great experience!

Smooth and efficient passport renewal process. Lined up 15 min before the office opened and left 45 min later. Was told that Thursday is the best day for drop-ins.nThe staff are kind and helpful.nUnusually positive experience with a government service at this office!

My passport is expiring in a few days! This Broadway location is excellent! Taking advice from other reviewers, I went there 15 minutes before opening today. I was the 7th in line and was in and out in less than an hour. At the front desk, she asked me for my postal code and the reason for the visit. She then reviewed my application and pointed out some fields that needed attention.nnThe whole process was very smooth. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lisa, who was manning the front desk, is very personable. She even recognized and greeted some returning customers. They said some days they could have up to 150-300 people needing service. They also gave us a tip that it is usually very quiet on Thursdays around 2 pm.nnAvoid the Sinclair location downtown. It is next to impossible to get a spot.

Went in on a Thursday morning before the long weekend for a passport renewal. Arrived at 8:15 and there were about 10 people ahead of me. The queue went by pretty quickly once inside. They call you by name in the waiting area and they let you know the expected date for receiving your passport by mail. I was out by 8:50 am.

I arrived at 9am on a Tues morning for OAS application. 3 people waiting. Reception and staff are efficient and nice. everything done in 30 minutes. A senior couple don't speak English, they assigned a friendly Chinese agent for them. Very thoughtful
