Excellent service received. Went through walk in and it was quick with minimal waiting. The Officer at desk was very friendly and explained everything promptly.

Horribly slow lines make you wait for 30 mins should have two front desks open to help people get what they need instead of a huge waiting game it’s a joke!

Harpinder at the front was very pleasant and professional. She had a guy throw mail at her desk for no reason, to that she did not react and handled it with a smile. Kudos to her customer service skills. Highly recommend this place for passport or EI services. Great job!!

Got in there for a biometrics appointment. In and out in less than 25 min. The attendee was curt? Sure, but fast and efficient, did what she needed to do. I wouldnt expect myself to be extra smily at 8h30 of a wednesday, so I dont expect that from her. Professional. FYI, I didnt know where to park and ended up in the bowling parking spot, but they have a visitors parking, apparently. It would have been good to know.
