She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable even took few extra mins to provide me information about early renewing my passportand professional, nothing but kind things to say about her, thank you!

Had to renew my passport and made sure my form was properly filled out before I got in line. Staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to complete the entire process in less than 30 minutes!

My husband and I were just in SC Abby on Thurs, Aug 27. The staff was so helpful to everyone there, not just us. Clients were quiet, respectful and doing their own thing. But I cannot praise the staff enough. We filled out forms were needed and found out we had forms we should have filled out, we had help right there with the staff and I have to say this, they made it so less stressful as we all know FORMS can be! Great service!

I just went to renew our passports today. I was in and out within 30 minutes and I received excellent service. I wish I could remember the name of the person who processed our application as she was very personable and respectful. We had good conversation during the process. Don’t even try to do this online. In BC, you would have to be on the website at 4:00am and ready to click the link. Going in person was much more pleasant.
