I know government offices don’t usually get good ratings but here is one. I had to get my passport renewed. Everyone in this office was friendly and helpful. Didn’t wait too long and I was pleased with the entire experience
I was dreading having to renew my passport due to prior wait times at various offices. 700 Queenston Rd. was an exception. I was greeted by the nicest security gentleman who guided me to the correct counter. Sahar processed my application and was very patient with me and extremely helpful. I was in and out within 15 minutes. What a delight! Thanks guys. I went back to pick up my passport December 18th. The same security gentleman led me through the process of picking it up and was as helpful as before. It was ready when they said it would be. Thank you for making my experience pleasant, specifically to that kind security gentleman.
Had the nicest and quickest experience on a Wednesday morning! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and professional, especially Tanya who did my passport work. The whole process was very easy and straightforward.
We are incredibly grateful for the patience and unwavering support of one particular employee I believe her name was Nuhoor, if I remember correctly throughout a very long and challenging passport and birth certificate process. She truly went above and beyond, always understanding and attentive, and ensured we received our passport in time. We sincerely appreciate her dedication and outstanding service.
