The ladies I talked to inside are always fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. I had Warren as my examiner for the road test and he was absolutely awesome. Professional, friendly and calm. After the test he went out of his way to explain what I needed to work on and did so with patience, kindness and knowledge. Thank you so much.

I visited Service BC to renew my two pieces of ID. Midday, no appointment and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Erica was at the front desk and was knowledgeable, kind, efficient and patient. I witnessed her being met with rudeness and frustration and she did not falter. I would encourage those visiting to remember the employees do not make the laws and rules and are just there to do their jobs. Leslie processed my ID and was kind and easy to deal with, had me in and out very quickly. Great service and experience.

Employees inside were efficient and kind, I can only say good things about them. But my road test examiner failed me on my road test for “going too slow”. Streets were crowded and unsafe so I went a little slower than usual. Went with last posted speed limit on another street and was told it was incorrect and a hazard there was no posted signage. I called the manager to try and talk about it as I felt it was unfair but she was rude and condescending, reciting demerits for speeds that did not happen. Disappointing

I did not have an appt. and was surprised how quickly the group waiting got seen! The front staff was very friendly and professional with good estimates for a short wait time. I renewed my Drivers License and Health Care card with Jennifer, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, & super helpful.

Much nicer than the Kelowna one. Better service, seating area in the inside, fast attention. No bathroon thou
