Probably one of the best service BC centres in the province. They are experienced, and super helpful.. They helped me with renewals, the testing experience was easy and straightforward. The price of ID is province wide, but just the way the CSR's deal with situations was wonderful.. I have dealt with Victoria, Vancouver and Kelowna offices and this is probably my favorite... Keep up the good work.. Especially with the grey area of BCID and the interim IDs which should be changed province wide and has nothing to do with the CSRs.. Good work Campbell River.

Fast and efficient. A complete turn around from the completely inept Courtenay office.

I went in to get my drivers license renewed today and had an appointment for 11:45 but they took me early and i must say it was a very pleasurable experience. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and the lady that looked after me, Karen was an absolute delight. All other BC Gov. offices could learn from this location. Thank you very much.

Oct 29, 2021nI Passed My Class 7 Road test, Joseph is Awesome Examiner.nnNov 2, 2023nOnce is Joseph has resigned the jobs, They hired Three New Examiner that will speed up the process of road test.nnWent on Class 5 Road test on November 2 on Second tries and the Maggie is my Examiner and he is awesome and listened my direction and the route once the end the test, They explain me for my feedback for my driving skills very nicely that i need to work on and I Passed the Test.nnThank you.

Went in this morning for a driver's test, couldn't take the test due to a driver's medical paperwork issue, which was absolutely NO FAULT! of this office.nJust want to say the people helping to try to resolve the issue were empathetic, and very very helpful!nAll had smiles and gave great service with what they were able to do! Made a frustrating experience with the paperwork in Victoria much easier!!nThank you Campbell River BC Service center.
