Service BC in Maple Ridge is always busy like everywhere else, but the staff here handle it with patience and professionalism. The walk-in line was long, yet things moved smoothly and in a timely manner.nnSpecial thanks to Deanna, who helped me with my forms and paperwork — she was super friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and quick. You can tell she’s on top of her work and genuinely cares about helping people.nnOverall, the entire staff are either perfectly professional or go above and beyond with their friendliness, which makes a huge difference. Great experience at a government service center that usually people expect to be stressful.
Wow! Fantastic Service! Brittany returned my call within an hour of my leaving a message. We accomplished the necessary task quickly, saving me an in person visit and the hour long drive to their office. Brittany was so helpful and polite and could email me the document I required and take the payment over the phone. I was incredibly impressed. Thanks Brittany! Well done.

In July 2025 I renewed my rivers license there. Maybe I was lucky but I did not even have to wait 5 minutes for service. I was seen pretty well at my appointment time which was awesome. Friendly staff members too. This is not the DMV of ill repute in the Simpsons. Good Canadian efficiency here.
