Might be the worst parking lot I've ever had the unpleasant chance to park in. I got lucky and found a spot right away but then i observed total chaos for an hour while waiting for my wife to finish an apointment.nnPeople cannot park inside the lines worth crap. Several road age incidents. I would not feel comfortable parking here and leaving my car unattended
I interacted with a couple of the frontline staff including a trainee and I saw another staff person help the trainee. They were cheerful, they helped me and each other, and I felt they treated clients with respect and courtesy. The only snags I hit wasn’t their fault; it was the digital forms and systems we had to work with. I was there to correct a birth registration. I’ll let Service BC know about the IT/design issues separately, but many thanks to the staff at the Maple Ridge office.
Not impressed that this is the only location in the Lower Mainland that offers assistance with tenancy issues but that isn't the staff's fault. The check-in desk with text alerts is very convenient and the agent that served me, Leah, was incredibly helpful and patient. Thanks Leah!
This icbc is doing incredible in their services.They are providing a comfortable,approachable and peaceful environment.One extra shot to Mr.Emanuel who is such a great and humble human personality.I had an appointment of my road test and after passing my road test.He explained in well mannered language that what are things which needs to be ensured while driving.Overall wonderful experience!!
Awful service, the representative Amanda, have know idea about their own product and services they are providing under ServiceBC and inputed wrong information for us. As we received then notice they sent to us we after we checked there were multiple mistakes and we have to take another trip to this location to modify it. And now we still haven’t received any updates. If I can give zero star I will give zero star for her customer service and knowledge of professional. Worst ever.
