Service BC in Maple Ridge is always busy like everywhere else, but the staff here handle it with patience and professionalism. The walk-in line was long, yet things moved smoothly and in a timely manner.nnSpecial thanks to Deanna, who helped me with my forms and paperwork — she was super friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and quick. You can tell she’s on top of her work and genuinely cares about helping people.nnOverall, the entire staff are either perfectly professional or go above and beyond with their friendliness, which makes a huge difference. Great experience at a government service center that usually people expect to be stressful.
Wow! Fantastic Service! Brittany returned my call within an hour of my leaving a message. We accomplished the necessary task quickly, saving me an in person visit and the hour long drive to their office. Brittany was so helpful and polite and could email me the document I required and take the payment over the phone. I was incredibly impressed. Thanks Brittany! Well done.
I took my Autistic son in for a photo ID , the wait was only half an hour and the staff were awesome . The young lady who dealt with us was so kind and made my son feel comfortable. He had a very positive interaction and experiences like this boost his confidence.
My daughter took her driving test yesterday and after lessons and everyone telling my daughter she was ready, Hailey took my daughter for her test and my daughter says there is things on her test sheet that weren’t even tested. I feel my daughter got treated unfairly.
Greg assisted me at check-in today, and I was very impressed with his positive attitude and attentive care, even with how busy it was. He made me feel that my concerns were important and heard. I would definitely return for his help again!
