Each time I try to book an appointment on phone, all I get is a voice recorded message saying they're busy. I've called so many times and I get the same message each time. I've tried to book an appointment and they're booked until August and the only time they even have available no matter which day I choose is between 9 and 10 am when I'm not available. They offer no other times and never pick up the phone. Incredibly disappointed, they should just have walk ins so I don't have to go through this stupidity.
Not usually a very long wait time, even during the typical lunch time of 12 -1 pm. They are few of many Government Offices that are open during that time. No complaints here.
my god people cleanup up your town, this could be a destination not a place like it is currently - you wanna drive through quickly.
The lady who served me was polite, efficient and friendly. I was pleased that they allowed people to come in out of the cold to warm up and have some bottled water.
Just recently got my driver’s license exchanged to BC license at this office. Finally!!! Everything was perfect! It was a weekday afternoon. I did walk-in and waited for less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional, answering my questions with patience, and the exchange process was done pretty quickly and smoothly. : comparing to my negative experience with ICBC Vancouver dt, I’d definitely recommend this office for license exchange.
