Had a great flight from Nanaimo to Vancouver airport. Pilot and staff were accommodating and friendly. Seats were a bit small but I was still quite comfortable and the flight is only 20 minutes.nnMake sure to account for the weight of your luggage if you’re not travelling light. Otherwise the luggage fee could get you.
Flew from Nanaimo to Vancouver international Airport. Very nice and quick way to get to the mainland. Very helpful and friendly staff on both ends of the 20 minute trip. Scenic views. Highly recommended.

We were excited about our first float plane experience but service was disappointing. Staff got confused about which float plane was boarding and held us back. Then when they let us through, we couldn't sit together and everyone was taking up over half a seat. Even though we paid over $400 for our tickets, half our butts were hanging off the seat. Now on our way back, we originally booked a flight around 10:30 AM and they moved it to 7:50 AM. Views were pretty but after this trip, no need to do it again. The ferry is a fraction of the cost and we just didn't get the convenience or service we wanted
I have to say that I am please with every aspect of my experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, kind and happy! The float plane experience is a must while visiting the island! A very quick flight to the lower mainland. Great for kids of all ages and recommended! It's a memory they won't soon forget! Trust me on this one!
