My massage was great with Shannon Nails and toes were horrible for my bridesmaid. We all had to go to different shop to get them fixed and when we did they had to cut down the toe nails and all had to be refined. We did let the one nail artist that did the nails about what was wrong they said it's how they do it n it will come out good. They left the nails all around the skin with the anc powder which is purple by the way ans they didnt clean us up. My nails had the buildup underneath the nail. We were not impressed especially seeing the price we paid. We did tip because that's how we were all taught even for bad service but never again. Now my girls have to go and spend more money to get there nails redone.

I had a scheduled appointment, found a babysitter, paid them... Got there, only to find out that she wouldn't work on me because of my kidney problem and I needed a doctor's consent.... Maybe they should screen you ahead of time, so that I could come prepared. I'm not angry, as I understand it was for my safety and hers. However, being out money for a babysitter AND going all the way to a location for something relaxing, just to be turned away.... Hoped to get rid of stress and only ended up with more!

I had a great experience this morning. I had a deep tissue massage and I feel wonderful. Imaculate and quiet, everything looks fresh and new.

This spa is the worst I have ever been to. The owner is always short staffed and can never accommodate appointments. When an appointment is made, they call and cancel. I got one massage there and the owners hands were ice cold during the massage. She is rude and does not have any customer service skills. I would NEVER go here again!
