The massages of the staff were absolutely wonderful so there is definitely no problem there. They earned the two stars and if I could give it five based on just the massages themselves I'd do it however, the pressure to buy the packages is ridiculous. Not only that but after a year its supposed to clear at least thats how it was explained to me. That is not what happened and I literally used 3 massages for the whole year but kept paying because it was part of the contract and was relieved when the year came up because I knew I could use the extra money. Well they kept withdrawing. I called them and told them that I wanted to withdraw from getting the massages and just use my roll over massages. The woman I talked to at the time told me that was fine and she would take me off the monthly bank withdraw list. That also never happened and more money came out. After calling 3 different times and talking to 3 different people they insisted even though I was no longer in the area that I HAD to come in and sign a bunch of paperwork to get off the automatic payment list for the year. It was a huge headache I had to fight to keep my money. They don't explain things well when they are telling you about the contract and rush through things. The staff as a whole are great don't get me wrong but the money gouging and contract work is shotty at best. They need to revamp that part. Other then that the ambiance is nice and relaxing.

Great massage - however, they pressure you to buy their monthly package with automatic withdrawals from bank acct. I asked if I could cancel at any time and they said "no" you can only "suspend" your membership. In order to cancel and stop the automatic withdrawals you would have to cancel/get new credit card! That's bs.

I have had fibromylgia for years went and saw Mike i felt good for about 2 weeks. I am in pain every day so he really helped me.
