We couldn't have asked for a better experience in such a tragic time in our lives.   Corrie is a wonderful human being.  She was kind, compassionate, honest and brought some light to a hard situation.  I would recommend anyone work with Serenity and specifically as for Corrie.  Thank you for everything

Serenity Funeral Home in Spruce Grove did a wonderful professional  job. There was no pressure but most importantly they did a wonderfully on our mom. They were so gentle & compassionate with the family. They did more than expected. We had the service at my mom's church & Serenity was there to support & assist. Serenity went above & beyond the expectations. We are happy we choose Serenity. I would highly recommend Serenity Funeral Home.

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience has been with Corrie at Serenity. She was beyond compassionate, accommodating, warm and easy to deal with. Corrie is an amazing human and is definitely in the right job. She had us laughing instead of crying and was the sweetest person. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Serenity.

corrie is amazing, she helped my mom through my dads passing so much we wpuldnt been able to ourselves. corrie even let us bring in a special hearse under certain conditions for my father. it was for his love of cars and a amazing auto mechanic  a friend of ours 1964 Cadillac superior hearse. it meant so much to me and our family and friends were so thankful for it that thanks will never ever be enough.

At a very emotional time we felt as though we were taken advantage of. The company did not have their business working properly as they had moved offices. They said it would not be an issue and yet they could not provide any services to us. They then charged over $600 for professional fees that were not provided. They were more concerned with the amount of insurance available than how to meet our needs. We will not use them again or recommend them.

I am only giving this two stars because the owner seems like a sweet gentleman who is simply past his prime in this business... The rest of our dealings with this funeral home were a nightmare and added so much stress to an incredibly trying time. I strongly advise you to seek funeral services elsewhere as there are several more competent and appropriately located funeral homes in the area.

I was worried about the funeral home I chose after reading the two previous negative reviews.  My experience has been quite the opposite.  They have been nothing but very kind and supportive during this difficult time.  They have gone out of their way to make this sad time as easy as possible.
