This funeral home is a great place for all your arrangements- funeral, cremation and burial. Everyone was very helpful, professional and sympathetic. Cynthia did everything possible to fulfill all of our special request. Charles was a great sales representative who walked us through every detail while building a personalized package and showed us many options. The front desk staff was very courteous. Pastor Brandon was very good. He led the services at the funeral and burial and everyone was happy with his performance and program. I would recommend Hainstock’s Funeral Home.
Went here for my wife's Grandma's funeral. The place was extremely clean was the first thing I notice. Then I noticed everything was modern. We held a memorial service in their chapel which was very nice and had plenty of seating. We had well over 100 people and there was room for more. We then had a reception in the building for coffees and snacks and that room was also very spacious, well lighted, and extremle clean. The staff were excellent in helping us with all our questions, helping us organize all the guests, and helping prepare the reception room. Pleasant staff that help run sensitive events like this are important and Hainstock has them.
We were treated with respect and compassion during a very difficult time. I did not anticipate planning a funeral at this point of my life however; we were well supported and cared for. They helped us to make the perfect event to celebrate our mom.
The staff was amazingly kind and patient. I felt like they always had mine and my family's needs first for everything. it was very well organized and done with kindness and detail. I am very thankful for everything that was done for us for my grandfather.
We had a chance to tour the facility ahead, and discuss the details and flow of the memorial services. Questions and concerns were addressed and expectations fulfilled. Funeral Director Tanisha and her professional team was patient and helpful and had provided many valuable advices and implemented the plans, together with the help from brothers and sisters at church, they had relieved much of our burden at a time of sorrow. Feedbacks we received from guests are very positive.
We had used Hainstock and were very pleased with our overall experience. They made things very clear and easy to make decisions during our tough time. The facilities are quite nice and accommodating and the staff were all very helpful and kind. Thank you for much to everyone at Hainstock that helped us with everything.
Every aspect of our experience was fantastic given the circumstances.. The staff was compassionate and professional. The service was exceptional and they provided a lovely service and reception space. I received so many compliments on how everything went and I highly recommend them. A+++ experience
Hainstocks staff were a pleasure to work with on my Dad's Celebration of Life. They are very caring, professional and creative.
The passing of my father was very sudden and unexpected. Hainstock's Funeral Home & Crematorium staff was very compassionate and helpful with the planning of my father's cremation. They got his ashes and memory items shipped to us in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Hainstock to anyone who goes through this hard time.
Kristina was incredibly supportive and accommodating to our needs and wishes. She made herself available, answered every question with clarity and demonstrated a professional and empathetic manner throughout the process for my family.
