I contacted Me Tismanariu to help us with a permanent residency case. He helped provide workarounds and shortcuts in the system that I had not previously been aware of. He worked fast and efficiently and made every visit an informative one. He was patient and helped guide us through every step of the process, and, in the end, won our seemingly impossible case against the Immigration Appeal Division. We thank him very much!

I contacted Mr. Tismanariu for assistance in obtaining my Romanian citizenship.  I wanted to claim this citizenship to facilitate my daughter to live and work in the European Union.  I am Canadian born but my mother was born in Romania.  I spoke no Romanian at the time of my application and would have been completely unable to manage this application as a result of the language barrier.  Mr. Tismanariu  provided excellent support and professional assistance throughout this lengthy and somewhat complicated process.  He always responds promptly to emails and telephone calls.  I am pleased to report that my application has been successful and now Mr. Tismanariu will assist my daughter and son in obtaining their Romanian citizenship.  I would highly recommend Mr. Tismanariu for any assistance with respect to immigration law.

I contacted Me Tismanariu on three occasions.  First was in 1999 concerning a Highway safety violation, which he won for me before going to court.  Second was in 2012 for a divorce, in which he guided me very wisely.  Third was in 2017 for family law, a case which in my opinion was far from being easily won, but which he successfully defended my case and won, for which I will forevermore be grateful to him. Mr. Tismanariu was able to untangle our complicated family situation and argue against Immigration Canada with a very short notice and little time to react. I appreciated his honesty and laying out the possible scenarios with succes rate, breakdown from a time and cost perspective. Eventhough the chances we're reserved, based on his experience with both law environments, he managed to portatrait our siuation accuratelly, defend our cause and win, saving us time, money and stress. Last but not least I felt peace of mind that things will work out eventually, sooner or later. Fortunatelly best-case scenario prevailed and we're happy to move on with our lives. We'll be forever gratefull for his excellent service.

We contacted Mr. Tismanariu in December 2018. There was 2-3 weeks to solve our issue. He wrote very accurate legal opinion and help us very operative. The issue and the legal opinion was approved.
