Marina at JTM was amazing!!! She walked me through the process of a TRP with respect and professionalism. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience from the first phone call to the phone call today when she took the time to tell me in person that my application had been approved, only 1 week after submitting the application. hello, just wanted to reach out to all my fellow USA flagged merchant mariners crew members. if you are transiting( by water or land) to Canada, if you have any type of a criminal record(I mean anything!!!!!!). you most likely will not be able to enter into Canada by water or land........there are many attorneys out there. Don't waste you time looking any further (like I did states side in the US). JTM immigration services is the best out there!!! they are very fair and reasonably priced and as fast as possible with positive results. I worked with Tharshini mostly on the phone. She was so personable and very nice and careful. So please give them a call and tell them I sent you!!!!! no worries anymore. Thanks to JTM...........THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH..........

I hired this firm to assist me with the necessary paperwork for Canada. I worked with Marina specifically. I can tell you from day 1, Marina was extremely thorough in her explanations, responsive with her emails, and patient with my many questions. And this was before I made my retainer payment. That pre-service alone was enough reason for me to choose this firm over the 2 other I called. Marina was instrumental in assisting me gather all the paperwork I needed which resulted in a successful outcome. Professional, reliable, and customer service oriented firm. I would gladly hire JTM again or refer associates.
