I had placed an online order to be picked up at the Saint Bruno store .nLong story short the order was cancelled and should have been refunded.nMonths later and calls to Sephora customer “service “ the refund was never issued, and they refused to help.nI decided to go to the store.nI explained the situation to Maya who was very helpful and eventually called her manager Melodie.nWithin 5 minutes she found the transaction and confirmed the refund was never issued and then processed it.nIt was a pleasure to deal with both women and I really appreciated their help, especially during this already busy holiday season.

Customer service needs to be improved ASAP.nRude staffs, came on a Sunday around 3pm it was packed.nWe went to ask for some assistance and the girls there were not friendly, acted like bothered them, treated us like a number.nWe understood it was busy and don’t mind to wait a bit but I think there’s a way to talk properly to a customer and acknowledge it. Where are the manners?nService at Sephora dix30 was mediocre, I didn’t feel we got a service. unfortunately we didn’t get the names of the girls.nnWent to Sephora at St Bruno instead and it was better.

I’d love to share my wonderful experience with one of their amazing sales representatives, Enas! She was incredibly professional and friendly. She recommended a perfume that I absolutely fell in love with! I’ve received so many compliments from friends and family every time I wear it. Thank you so much, Enas!

I’ve received an excellent service from an employee named Thamila. She gave me advice the best about beauty products and helped me to make a better choice to answer my needs. Thanks and really appreciated , I definitely will be back to this Sephora for my next purchase!

I felt violated and an older woman screamed at me saying « DO YOU NEED HELP » which I don’t cause I am a makeup artist myself. Then the girl at the cash told me that rhode had a restock and i can tell friend but i won’t cause here we are team Selena
