Distastrous conditions for anyone sick in this province. Try your best to not get to the point of needing a walk-in clinic. Most Brossard‘s „cliniques sans-rdv“ are closed or full from the previous days. And those that are open have long waiting lists. The patients are sitting on the floor waiting for the registration to open....

I really liked the service, I got a call every hour and at one point the nurse called me that I had to come in. When i arrived I saw the doctor in 10 mins.

I wake up at 6 to go to the clinic ... then wait up to 7:40 sitting on the floor ... when the secretary came she advise that there has been 20 people registering on the web or patient that has been treated coming back ... whatever .. that she can only take 5 people and i was 10th in the line ... What kind of service we are getting with our tax money .... Congrat Mr Barret

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to. the only reason i am giving ANY stars is due to the patience and understanding of the secretary. the clinic's system is a complete failure, no order what's so ever. we got to the clinic at 7am, we pay 5$ for an automated notification telling us when to come back to the clinic to be seen by a doctor. at 12:38PM we receive a notification saying there are 7 more people in front of us and only at 3:30PM after complaining about the long wait, we finally got to see the nurse and then only after the doctor. ... Dre Chantal Gauthier was very rude from the beginning, wouldn't listen to our symptoms or explanations, but instead would tell us how we "clearly do not understand how the medical field works" . also, as I would be explaining my health concerns she would be standing at the door trying to leave and at one point even slammed the door mid sentence. and a few hours later (7pm) she sees us again and actually refused to see me anymore and told me to go else where and she also kept telling me how this clinic is for emergencies only... last time i checked it was a WALK-IN CLINIC. she obviously does not enjoy her job and tries her best to speed it up and leave, shows no care towards her patients whats so ever. she was extremely hostile. that kind of behaviour is not acceptable from a "professional" .i would NOT recommend this clinic.

The line is busy for the last two weeks! When I finally get through , I get a message the clinic is closed, they are on vacation! For two weeks! I cannot get an appointment with my doctor, I tried everything, including sending emails via their website. NO ANSWER! This is ridiculous!
