Absolutely amazing service from all at Sentinel here but especially John for helping out with an exceptional circumstance that ended with movers chucking my stuff on the side of the road there! I lost my wife December 30th and my best friend passed on the 18th of last month. There's a great difficulty more than I've ever had in my life but this man John who works here Heart of Gold. He went above and beyond what any normal person would do to help. He brought confidence back to my heart that there are good people out there still. He gave me every bit of information I needed to make my life so much easier. So I leave this review in thanks for the humanity and the compassion and the kindness that this man gave me today. Thank you John and God bless you brother and I wish there were more people like you in this world. You weren't just doing your job bud and you were being kind with Humanity Shining from your soul brother, thank you.

Very knowledgeable staff at this location who go leaps and bounds to help you if you have any issues. They were very responsive when it came to any issues I had presented to them. Got the light bulb changed in my unit in a timely manner, and I am grateful they are so responsive if you forget to lock your unit up proper. Thanks John, Kiana, and Clayton for making my storage experience a good one, I will recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for storage

I found the reservation process very efficient and received a call from the Edmonton North location the same day. Kiana was extremely helpful and offered excellent advise on how to best prepare for storing our items in an outside unit. The unit was clean and had pallets to ensure we didn’t have to put things on the cold concrete. Overall exceptional customer service and great faculty. Would definitely recommend anyone needing a storage unit to utilize Sentinel!!
