10/09/2022 The store was very clean and bright. Lots of friendly staff on hand. I had placed an online order. When I placed the order it indicated that there was only one available so I was Leary that it would be available. The order was full within an hour. I arrived at the store and the item was ready for pickup. I am a big home hardware fan! Great job again.
Such a clean store and stocked well. The staff are not only friendly but knowledgeable and always helpful. A pleasant shopping experience unlike the big city, definitely worth the drive from Winnipeg. Highly recommend. 10/10

I loved all the home decor. Beautiful. I was also looking for a small chain and hook for my bird feeder, and even though small inexpensive items, I got such excellent service, getting absolutely the right thing. They had lots of staff to direct and/or help and real cashiers! I will definitely be going back and recommend to everyone.
I wanted to give Cathy from the flooing department 5 stars for top notch customer service. She was extremely helpful when my girlfriend came down with a flooring issue. We purchased this beautiful flooring and couldn't be happier!! Thank you Cathy Chad and Ashley

This place deserves 10 stars for service alone; everyone is friendly and helpful. They have great prices and selection, plus it seems the quality of their building products is better than their competitors. They always seem to have stock on sale items too.
Usually get great service from the order desk and lumber yard. Today there was a store associate standing at the till with the cashier talking about their hair color and if they should be dying their hair today. All the while I'm standing there with a heavy shelving unit! They can both see me waiting but continue their conversation about hair dye. I have to awkwardly move my cart to the other till to pay for my goods. The older associate should know better as this was a very poor customer experience example.
