Sam was the best customer service rep I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Knowledgeable, kind and lived up to his word. The company Bell doesn’t deserve a great review, but Sam and the Selkirk store deserve high praise!
Tried changing my phone here. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Over the course of 6 days I spent 8 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. They really don't want your business.
Your staff need to wear some sort of deodorant or take a shower more often, a bell mts worker came to do service on the router at my work and customers were being scared away because your worker smelt so bad like body odour. Very unprofessional

Terrible service. My wife got a notice from Bell Mobility that she needed to switch her account over from Bell MTS to Bell Mobility. The sales person at the Selkirk Bell store told her they couldn't do it because her phone was too old. It's an iPhone 6S. I chatted with customer support at Bell Mobility and they assured me this was not true. The sales person at the Selkirk store must have thought that that my wife did not know anything and would fall for buying a new phone. They were quite wrong. They gave me a line when I was shopping for a new phone too. That's why I'm with Rogers now. Save yourself the hassle and don't go to Bell MTS in Selkirk. If you must deal in Selkirk, go to Rogers.
Poor service, rude staff. I was amazed at how the person serving me talked to me. I won’t be back.
They got this guy named Harry , seriously a delight Hey #bell this guy is a Rockstar. Above and beyond. Bell provides the best services to all of Canada go see a store today for the best new devices. Home phone cable and Internet packages are great and very affordable if you need ALL the data and speed with 0 slowdowns. Store is beautiful lots of parking and very covid 19 safe .
Jordan was wonderful in helping me set up a new phone. He was communicative, looked after transferring info to the new phone, and was polite and courteous. I left feeling as though I got the best customer service.
Thank you Bell MTS for upselling my mother who barely knows what the internet is into a plan with data and a $500 smart phone. This in addition to the fact she printed and brought you the literal voice-only plan & phone I told her she needed. Really excellent work, keep up the shameless sales tactics.
