This motel was the best choice for us for a long weekend in the area. They have recently done upgrades since we were here last year -- new paintwork, furniture, including beds, microwave, fridge, artwork in the rooms. Management is friendly and courteous, interested in people, and always looking to make sure you have a great stay. Housekeeping is timely and efficient. Both made sure you were enjoying your stay, and were quick to address any potential problems. I believe the personal attention adds to the budget price and made our stay worthwhile. When we come here, part of our enjoyment is interacting with staff. Three stars is fairer than two. Thankyou Kris and Lisa.

Made a reservation at this motel for 9/8/14 for my brother and I to spend a night. I walked into the lobby and noted an initial unclean lobby. We were assigned a room and we transferred our baggage to our room. We walk in the room that we were assigned and noted an immediate offensive odor. We noted urine stains that were not cleaned on the toilet. The carpets and the chairs were so stained that I would refuse to sit on the chair or walk bare footed on the carpet. I returned to lobby to voice my complaint and the attendant agreed to view the room. The attendant noted our complaints and offered to refund our money. I took the refund. I am 58 years old and spend a lot of times in motels. I have never seen such a disgusting place.

I know for sure that Select Inn is under new management now. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience. I will DEFINITELY recommend this motel to my family and friends.
