This Branch is clueless.Tried to open an acct with a Certified Bank Check and The manager there refused to honor her Companies Policy ,was co0ndescending,rude ,UNINFORMED of Company policy. Thus leaving me embarassed in a full branch,refused to give me her name and when I asked her to look at her companies policy online she told me the WEBSITE was Wrong.. Needless to say I went to the Branch on ALBANY St. and was treated with top level professionalism and courtesy . the companies Policy was followed to the letter thus making me happy and SEFCU obtaining another member...Stay away from this State street branch as your primary acct holder. .State Street Downtown branch is nothing but bush league novice Bankers save yourself the stress and ignorance of the management at the 469 STATEW ST. Branch and get the service you deserve with class and a smile at the 900 block of Albany St. Branch of SEFCU!!!
