Customer service is always great, the tellers are always polite and friendly. But the bank doesn't always have enough tellers working. Today on a Friday afternoon when everyone is getting out of work they had two tellers helping customers inside and one teller helping the drive in. The line was out the door. They have four teller tables and just weren't utilizing them all at a time when they should be aware it's going to be that busy

Has always been the greatest . I have been a member since the name was RENSCO and they merged with SEFCU, I have never had a problem that SEFCU personal could not fix or advise me who should be fixing it. Very pleasant ppeople to deal with,
