This company doesn't care about their applicants. I have applied 3 weeks ago, but no one has ever since called to give me an update. Such a shame.

Very good company. Great people. Best management in the industry. They respect their staff and very supportive, helpful and humble people. Raja, Shubodh, Neville are great people and always there to help their employees. God bless them all.

Unprofessional management..

SMS is good, they take good care of their employees especially Michel, Neville and shubam, they will arrange schedule as per your need, but they need more time. So give them more time. Employer-Employee relation is good. The only downside is the pay scale otherwise all good and like to continue if they have any new schedule.
