Our salesman Zain was great. He was straight to the point with details and numbers. And our technician was awesome. He was neat, clean, quick and he knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and how it works. On time and very professional with installation. Equipment working great so far just started using it and getting used to it. No pressure from salesman to purchase very helpful and polite. Able to answer questions and very familiar with the product and how it works.

I absolutely loved working with Omar yesterday! He helped me figure out a plan that best suits us and we had it installed the next day. I’m very happy with how things turned out! As a super paranoid person, I feel so much more at ease knowing I can check to make sure my door is locked and my alarm is set from my cell phone!

Very informative, helpful, and friendly. He took is his time with me explaining about the equipment to me. He took the time to explain by different product the company had to offer. He just really took his time with me.
