I've been there a couple of times and most recently, I received very poor customer service. The gentleman working there was very curt and rude when I asked a simple question. I don't think it takes much to be pleasant and accommodating to your customers. I have no desire to shop there again.

Good prices, well stocked, very clean and organized. Owner is very friendly!

This is one of my favourite health food stores. Its a good, family-run business. People are knowledgeable and caring. Very pleasant shopping experience. Minimal lines and crowds, making it an easy in and out. Very good selection of stock. Prices are extremely competitive and more than reasonable.

My go to health food store for about 12 yrs now. Great place, products and prices, as well as knowledgeable and helpful staff. And they're open on Sundays.

Great product but very often you can find better deals in this store than no frills next door.

The staff if nice and helpful. Their prices went up recently, therefore TOO EXPENSIVE now. There's no parking in front of store, as it's a tiny plaza. There is a public parking next store.
