They recently added more freshly made vegan baked goods to their selection. I bought a loaf of vegan banana bread which was perfect! I find their prices to equal to, or a little less than some of the other health food stores I frequent.

This small store has a great selection of natural health products and foods. Plus it's the only place in Parkdale selling Chimes ginger candy! They also sell essentials oils and a range of natural body products.

Good selection of health foods, natural pantry products, cosmetics and health items. Find them to have really fair prices across the board.

Called ahead to see if they had a specific item in stock and they assured me they did. Walked 45 minutes through a blizzard only to discover they don't actually have the item I was looking for. The owner of the store did absolutely nothing to help me, didn't apologize or care. Never coming back here again.
