Our go to bakery for family birthdays or special events. What more can one say. It is accessible.
My rule for myself is to consume good quality of carbs and this place is my to go to when I have my cravings. Truly satisfying and all worth the calories!!
Amazing people, wonderful bakery. I would especially note their raisin bread Thursdays only is the best ever, if you like it dense and chewy. The chocolate croissants are to die for. Strongly recommend getting both fresh out of the oven at opening time - chocolate will be molten. Yum!
I really like the cupcakes and they arent too over prices but the actual cakes are really expensive and on top of that their hours really suck to be honest, only Wednesday to Saturday and only I think 11-4? Makes it hard to come here when I want to but its redeeming quality is those cupcakes, the rich French chocolate one is my favorite.

I went to second avenue sweets for the first time last week to grab my fiancé a red velvet cake for his birthday. It was the BEST red velvet cake we’ve ever had! Great job, we can’t wait to taste more treats!!
