Sears

Their tire shop manager is total garbage. Worst attitude I have ever seen, even for a low level employee. He even prevented other employees from helping me with a tire warranty issue. There's no secret as to why Sears as a whole can't make money and it's going bankrupt. Went from being a world class retailer and the most powerful in the US to being more like a third class store that can't seem to get its head from under the water. What a sad story Sears is becoming and it all starts with managers like this one.

I went looking for a dryer and got and amazing deal on a floor model.... originally $1299.99 got it for 389.99. Always get lucky at this location with clearance. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Liars! Went in needing to purchase a bed. Was looking at several. Salesman Jay kept re-directing me to Sterns & Foster. Telling him, I wanted a Tempurpedic, he told me they weren't good for backs. Told me a bunch of personal stories on how Sterns and Foster's were great beds. After trying only Sterns & Fosters, I purchased one. I asked when I purchased the mattress & frame about returning if it wasn't a good match. He proceeded to tell me how it was a very easy return policy and that it can be returned within 30 days. Bed is delivered and it's not the same bed I tried in the store. I called the store, I kept choosing the option of returns, they directed me to another country. As soon as I ask to return, they said you need to sleep on it for 30 days due to their comfort policy??? I said I can't sleep on it, I've tried all week and I haven't received any sleep, and my herniated discs are causing extreme pain. All I want is to return and receive my money back. I'm sorry there is nothing I can do for you. I called the store, after many attempts and the stores number just ringing and ringing. Finally after my 10th attempt I decided to click on women's apparel department, surprise surprise someone answered, I said I needed the highest manager on staff. She got on the phone and told me there is nothing the store can do for me that everything is sent to the call center (in another country)!! I said if I would of known that, there is absolutely no way I would of purchased this bed. I said how would I know this? You wouldn't unless you returned. She said there is nothing I can do. I despise this store and the salesman Jay and the store manager who has and won't do anything to get me my bed returned. Oh, by the way, I have to have my bed for 30 days before returning it, yet my receipt says I have to return my items in the next 30 days. HANDS TIED! THANKS SEARS FOR PROVIDING THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALESMANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT!
