Not bad. Not what Macy's used to be. Seems more like going to Target these days. I really needed help in menswear and could not find anyone to help me on the whole floor. I did manage to buy a good suiter travel bag on sale. Hope they don't end up like Sears and find a way to keep Brick and Mortar alive.

No clerks to be found. If someone did show up they said they'd send someone else and no one showed up to help. Wanted to buy a juicer left without it.

Absolutely disgusting and sickening and filled with gang members and stuff in Spanish. They say the announcements over the intercom in Spanish. Will never come back this way from Hampshire. So gross yuck!

My girlfriend was looking for a dress to wear to her brothers wedding but did not find one. She didn't even see one she wanted to try on. The selection at this Macy's was very limited n didn't even have a Macy's feel to it, but more of a Sears type of feel. Not impressed with this Macy's at all.
