Prices are always great, good selection. A great comprimize between Walmart and higher end stores.

We have been receiving a great customer service from Sears for more than 20 years. Lately they seem not to be as cooperative when it comes to service after a sale. You buy from them, give them your money, and if you get a damaged product delivered, they make you call a call centre which will lead to no where. I will never buy appliances from them again.

Store is empty of some things and bursting with odd junk. Nearly nothing in hardware, men's socks, but hundreds of lawn mowers. Slow to check out.
