Had a impacted tooth 2018/02/14. I was treated very well. Took me right on time, explained what the process was while doing the extraction. Both teeth came out. Resting at home with mild discomfort. Thank you too you Dr Pax and your awesome staff.

I had the best dental experience ever! Dr.Pak and his staff are professional caregivers! I was treated with respect, kindness,and a true sense caring .I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Dr.Pak and your terrific staff!

I went to get my wisdom teeth removed. Exactly a 3 days of getting them removed I became very ill. I figured it was a cold or something, waited a week to see if I'd get better and I didn't. Brought myself to the doctors and they told me I ended up getting pneumonia and plaricy off a dirty utensil that they didn't properly sterilize. I was sick for 3 months before feeling any form of relief.

My wisdom teeth came in and were impacted causing a lot of pain. They were taken out on 7-5-17. I was scheduled a follow up appointment for 7-12-17 at 11:30am. At 10:45 I got a call saying that they had some cancelations and were asking me to come in in 5 minutes. I replied that I was currently working but would be there at my 11:30 appointment. I was then told that the oral surgeon scheduled a meeting at that time and that I would have to come in at 1:30 instead. I had prior plans going on at that time that I wasn't going to cancel. I now have no follow up appointment. Now the reason I'm giving 1 star is because of how disrespectful and unprofessional it was for them to do that. Calling me 45 minutes before my appointment telling me to be there in 5 minutes, and then saying that I couldn't go at my scheduled time. It's extremely rude to schedule a meeting at a time when you have an appointment with a client, especially one who just paid you thousands of dollars. Very unprofessional to call me and expect me to change my plans in such a short notice. If I was given a call yesterday or even a couple hours before my appointment I could've made adjustments and came in, but calling on such a short notice really screwed me over. Therefore I will not be going here ever again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
