The reception area was neat and clean. The receptionist was busy, but pleasant. The dentist was very nice and explained everything very clearly. And checkout, with my financial options all went smoothly. I have yet to have any work done but I'm hoping all goes well.

I've been a past owner of two Hair Salons, I know about sanitation plus. I went to Aspen Dental yesterday because I needed to find a new Dentist,my Dentist retired,and I need two extractions. My first impression was not good,the rug beneath the reception desk was ruffled up filled with dirt. The ladies room was dirty and the toilet paper was on the floor!! After exrays,the girl took what appeared to be a sanitary wipe,but it was fluffy dry,and lightly wipes the thing that was in my mouth and rehangs for the next person???? OMG,I hope I didn't catch some bacterial Virus,HIV,whatever.. she basically threw the metal cape in the corner all crumpled up. Next I'm brought to a room that reminded me of a storage room,but as I'm being taken to this room area I notice trash here and there,bloody cotton things, colored rubber gloves etc heaving out of the tops of them!!!! I was seated in a dental chair but that was all that was in the room besides this Big black plastic TOOL BOX???. I asked her what that was for,she said oh that's what we use for ROUTE CANALS, HELLOOOOOOOOO, I'M HERE FOR TWO EXTRACTIONS!! Next a young girl, actually no offense,but they all were very young,came into the room wearing a light that looked like an octopus on her head,she said she was checking about cleaning my teeth..I told her you can skip that, I'm not here for that.i was standing at that point,I looked on the other side of the petition and this young girl working on a older woman is running her hands through her hair???? I said, sorry,not today..If I had been an Inspector,I would have shut them down PERMANENTLY! Please don't answer Aspen Dental, there's NOTHING REALLY YOU COULD SAY,but if I contacted a disease from your practice, you'll be hearing from my Attorney.

My experience at Aspen Dental was a good one. At first impression,I was taken aback by the production type process,and was afraid that I would just be another number. But the service was straight forward, and streamline.I was informed,at all levels of dental care,and I was treated very professionally . The financial portion of my experience was well delivered and clear. I would recommend Aspen Dental to family and friends.

Amazing staff from the front desk back out, great personalities and cheerful. As for the professional personal that’s an other story. I have had nothing but bad thoughts that I’ve made the worst decision of my life doing what I did. I can’t talk right, eat right nothing. It’s horrible having a Wife and 3 children always asking me for all the answers and I don’t want to because of the way I talk now, it’s embarrassing. Never mind the fact that I kinda have to eat like a baby now, all soft mushy food. FUN

I haven't been to a dentist in years, but Aspen, put me at ease, very much. I was comfortable with the whole thing, I would highly recommend them to everyone. Than you Aspen Dental.
