These are the BEST ice cream sandwiches I have EVER had! I am not even from the island but I’ve now made it my mission to come down to Sooke every summer just so I can get these. We got Salted Caramel with Chocolate and a Lavender flavour. Both were delicious! Honestly, I’m sure any flavour is good because the quality of the ice cream is just SOOO yummy. Can’t wait to have these again very soon!
I've had some gourmet ice cream and ice cream sandwiches in my day, but these treats are an absolute must try. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone. So many delicious flavors that you don't know what to choose. Luckily she sells a treasure box variety taster which will always be my go to.
These ice cream sandwiches are to die for!!!! My husband and I loved them so much we had them for our dessert instead of cake at our wedding! Mouette was an absolute gem to work with - she was so sweet to us, even gave us a couple free ice cream bars when we arrived to pick up our order day before our wedding : The ice cream sandwiches were a huge hit with everyone - our guests LOVED them! Our venue cut the sandwiches into smaller pieces so everyone could taste multiple flavours. It worked out perfectly. Their ice cream sandwiches are sooo good! Every flavour sounds delicious and it's very difficult to pick one. Tried 2: Irish coffee, and Eggnog with pumpkin. Both were excellent but Irish coffee really stood out for me. They are open weekends only until end of October. Go before they close for the season!
Amazing home made ice cream bars and espresso, which is lucky because there are no other snack or coffee options nearby. It’s a great stop on the way to East Sooke Regional Park.
This place is such a treat and well worth the stop. We had an Earl Gray raspberry and a rose petal rhubarb, although it was incredibly hard to choose, and we wish we had gotten one of everything! The flavors are creative and fun, the ice cream is excellent, and the cookies are delicious and the perfect texture. We topped the sandwiches off with an electric lemonade- highly recommend after a hike!
I adore this little place and visit almost every weekend since discovering it by accident. It is well worth the drive. Mouette makes the best mocha on the island and the ice cream sandwiches are elegant and masterfully crafted. This is the summer highlight of living in Metchosin. Don’t hesitate to check it out

Amazing ice cream sandwiches! After hiking at East Sooke Park, you need to stop here for a cold treat! I had the coconut caramel bar which was gluten and dairy free. Hands down best ice cream sandwich I've ever had.. will definitely be back!
Wow. Just divine. Don't like ice cream sandwiches but these were the exception. Probably in the top 2 ice cream spots I've ever had. We had the chocolate Ginger and the berry bars and split them. Wish they sold these in the store so I can enjoy them all year round.
