Poor customer service, they pick and choose who they want to speak nicely too. I feel like I was inconveniencing them and interrupting as they were having little group discussion. Been to a lot of craft stores and this was the first time I experienced such poor behavior in the crafting world.

This store had some of the greatest selection I've seen in an online store. I was very impressed. My only quibble is that the store is very dark. When I first pulled up I thought it was closed,and then inside I kept looking up to see if the lights were on. It definitely detracted from buying paper.

Great selection of products! Always come to this place when I'm in town. They always have a good selection of Lawn Fawn too. It's a little dark inside though. Still a great shop.
