Provided precise instructions and requirements.  DID NOT FOLLOW ANY OF OUR REQUESTS.  Estimate showed up 24 hours late, and WAY over priced.    They bothered my other contractors onsite with questions, that they needed to ask me about.  Wasted time.  I provided my work and mobile number, and my email, they never called once.  Never apologized. Never read my request for mounting the AC unit to the wall, WHEN their estimate DID showed up, they stated "to be placed on the ground"; but the outer wall grade was too steep of an incline, and NEEDED to be mounted to the wall; Impossible to place it on the ground. It was if, they never paid any attention to what I asked. Exhausting.    Never Again. One star is too generous.  BEWARE.
