Our water heater had a leak in it this week. Never a positive moment of you life, right? Well these guys came and went and it was an overall bad experience. Let me start by saying that the water heater got fixed. They did a good job, and were even pretty timely about it. I wish that was the entirety of the experience though. The problem with having someone in your home is that you get pretty particular about it. It's your home after all. These guys didn't respect my home. When they left there was dirt and mud from their boots on our tile and carpet. They had placed a little bit of cement at the bottom of our heater to give it a more stable base, but that was tracked through our kitchen, down the hall, and rubbed into the bottom of one of our rugs that they flipped over. They broke the chain that hangs from a light bulb in the utility closet, and never said anything about it. Granted, it was a friday job. Granted, they got a call from a landlord that typically has lower end apartment complexes. Granted, I wasn't the one writing the check. But still, I wouldn't invite them into my house again. I would not recommend them.
