Talented, knowledgeable, quick to respond and gets the job done, in our case, in a complicated tight place with old plumbing. Moreover, he is clean in the house, patient and polite. Could not ask for more.

Just had Jim Hill replace our water heater. He was recommended by a neighbor who tried him one time and another guy in the valley a different time - and our neighbor said go with Jim Hill because he was more honest and inexpensive. That was my experience - Jim was very friendly and professional, had a lot of experience and was more interested in building relationships than trying to upsell. I asked him to walk me through the entire repair and he did, very patiently. Even offered cost saving tips for other plumbing issues in the house. And he explained in detail why he recommended specific brands over others and the pros and cons based on house age, neighborhood, and current infrastructure. And in the end, he even said that the job was easier than he expected and cut off a little extra on some of the labor costs - which was already, by the initial estimate, MUCH cheaper than other guys. Go with Jim - down to earth and very reasonably priced plumber with decades of experience.
