I had a very disappointing experience at the VIP Cinema at Cineplex. I waited a long time for someone to take my food and drink order, but no staff member ever came. Eventually, I went to the front desk to ask for service, and they told me the kitchen was already closed.nnI ended up wasting my money on the VIP experience and couldn’t enjoy my movie as expected. The whole point of VIP is to have food and drinks served during the show, but that didn’t happen. The service was very poor, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.nnI would not recommend the VIP Cinema based on my experience. I hope the management improves their customer service so this doesn’t happen to other guests.
giving 2 starts only because the staff is so great. but i am quite disappointed with the theatre itself. i went to see the billie eilish live concert experience that is supposed to be seen in 3D. unfortunately, due to technical issues, they could not play the 3D version. which is disappointing as the whole idea was to be seen in 3D. the volume was also pretty quiet which sucked. other than that, i paid extra to be seated in a DBox seat which means that the seat is supposed to move and rumble along to the movie. our seats did NOT move during the movie at all. in fact, they moved for a couple seconds during one of the previews. i really wish i did not spend extra money for that...nnalso, they did say we would be reimbursed as the movie was not in 3D as we paid for. unfortunately, we were only given a receipt for a free movie. but as this was a very disappointing experience, i do not plan on coming back so that is also a waste. the only reason i went here instead of Landmark is because it was the only theatre playing this show. i just wish we were given our money back instead of a free movie that i will not be using.nnagain, the staff are so lovely. so i apologize to them for the bad review!!
I always go there for movies. Their clean, quiet environment and friendly staff makes you Feel like home even there is only a few people in audience. it’s very safe place to go and enjoy time with family!!!
I do not get to many movies but I always choose the VIP theatre. Very friendly staff. Lots of room and always very clean. Very comfortable chairs to sit in and enjoy the big screen and excellent sound. Great menu to choose drink and eats from and delivered right to your seat. Beautiful lounge area to enjoy before the movie as well. Great movie experience.
The movie are good but it’s so filthy and dirty, they think they can trick you with the lights dim but when the flashlight is on it’s just absolutely awful. These 2 stars are for the movie and staff, NOT the cleaning. The seats are brown with stains, and in the top seats it’s super hot. And there is mysteries sauces all over the walls, for a little advice to the people who are in control of that place, PLEASE change the seats and get new ones and PLEASE change your cleaning crew. Staff was amazing and nice tho props to them
