I'm obsessulated with this theater. I express my gratitution for the great service I received. There was plenty of broom parking. My only bad experience was that the lady behind me asked me to remove my hat for some reason... I am still happy to cast the spell of 5 stars -Elphaba Thropp
The theatre was so filthy and dirty it made for a terrible experience. Not to mention they charge for the kids to play at the play place in the room and charged for us adults. I explained I'm not a kid I dont play on kids toys but yet they charged us and not a little fee a large fee. Now also the popcorn wasn't fresh at all it tasted hours old and had burnt pieces. I asked for so so so much butter in those exact words and barely got any yet was charged a large free for extra butter. This is the worst theatre experience of my life. My family and me won't be returning. I expect high standards from a cineplex theatre. The price was way too much for the terrible experience. I found $0 value in going to your theatre. I'm not sure how it has good reviews when it sucked. Needless to say i will spend my $80 somewhere else. That's how much i spent by the way.
VIsited Cineplex movie theater and overall, it was a good experience. The kiosk to buy tickets was easy to use and we were able to purchase our tickets quickly. However, we had to wait in line for popcorn and soda, which took a bit longer than we had anticipated due to it being close to the movie start time.nnOnce we had our snacks, we settled in to watch the movie, and my kids had a great time. The theater was clean and comfortable, and the sound and picture quality were great.nnAfter the movie, we went to the arcade area, and my kids had a blast playing basketball hoop and air hockey table, among other games.nnOverall, I would recommend Cineplex for a fun family outing. While the wait time for snacks was a bit of a downside, the movie-watching experience was great, and the arcade area provided additional entertainment for the kids.
This is a review that's very difficult to grade on a five-star basis. The particular film that we went to was very much enjoyed and entertaining. The seats in the particular theatre that we were occupying were exceptionally comfortable and accommodating. However, when one considers cost of admission and cost of accessories concessionary items were forfeited in order to avoid the need of a second mortgage it becomes abundantly clear that this is not a sustainable industry, and it is no surprise that over the past few decades why a significant shift from going to the movies and staying in to stream the movies has taken place.nIf I didn't enjoy the show that I went to, which really has nothing to do with the particular setting the show was viewed in, this would likely be a two-or-less star.
We just watched MISSION IMPOSSIBLE.nThe movie itself was really nice!nU purchase tickets at a digital stand & U can also purchase your snacks & drinks from this same digital stand.nThere are combo options for the food & drinks.nWe just had supper so all we wanted was drinks & we ordered from the food counter...nnYou get senior discounts for 65+.nI think prices are very reasonable.nWashrooms are clean.nThere is a theatre staff who is nearby the digital ticket stand to assist you anytime.nnOverall, very pleasant experience!
