They need to work more on training the staff to at least explain something correctly. I logically gave the lady my ID. She could not enter it properly. After months I noticed that she did not put the unit number in my address.

This is the most inconsistent bank and branch. Lack professional tactfulness! Something need to be reviewed about this bank or branch.
